The Closing Gift Reserve
1. How much notice do you need for delivery?
We require 3–5 business days' notice for all local deliveries to closing offices or attorneys. This notice period allows us to ensure your gift is perfectly prepped, the card is handwritten, and the logistics are coordinated with your closing timeline.
2. Can I mix colors in my Reserve?
Yes. You may choose any combination of our five curated neutral tones, making it easy to match any home style.
3. Does my Closing Gift Reserve expire?
No. Your Reserve never expires. Your blankets remain stored and available until used.
4. What’s included with each blanket?
Every blanket includes:

5. How does custom branding work?
Custom logo leather tags require a one-time setup fee of $100 to create the design and mold with our supplier. Once set up, your branded tags are included at no additional cost on future orders.
4. Where exactly do you deliver?
For Closing Gift Reserve members, we provide scheduled delivery directly to your Closing Attorney’s desk or your Brokerage Market Center. Our goal is to ensure the gift is waiting for your client the moment they arrive for their big moment.
7. What if I need just one blanket right now?
You can always order a single Welcome Home Blanket outside of the Reserve.
8. Do you ship outside the Atlanta area?
Yes. Standard shipping is available for individual and pack orders. Local delivery is reserved for Closing Gift Reserve members.
9. How do I request a delivery from my Reserve?
Once you’re part of the Closing Gift Reserve, requesting a delivery is simple.
Most clients just text or email us directly with the closing date, preferred color, and delivery timing, and we take care of the rest.
10. Is there a daily cut-off time for requests?
To ensure a smooth, unhurried experience, I recommend sharing your delivery details as soon as your closing date is confirmed.
